OK, the English version will be a lot shorter than the Swedish one. There is so much happening, so many small things we would love to tell you, all these memories. Give us a call one day and we will give you the whole story!
We passed Denmark, we weren't really lucky with the weather, rain, wind, storm, fog... But we had a good time. We spent time at the westcoast and enjoyed being alone at the beach searching for rocks and sea shells. Not many people decide to spend time on the beach mid-March in the freezing cold wind...
We travelled down through Germany, taking the small roads, seeing a beautiful landscape of small villages. We took the ferry over Elbe, which made us really late that day. We just picked out a small village on the map, drove over there and went into a house and asked if we could camp in the neighborhood for the night. We end up camping in their backyard. We end up being invited for tea, and we end up meeting a really nice family. The children are invited to play, and they get out their old toys, Isar is in heaven, he's never seen so many toy tractors at once before. So, before the evening is over, they have given Vida and Isar a bunch of toys as gifts, and candy too. They are so excited and Isar goes to bed and falls asleep hugging a big red tractor. In the morning, Pär takes the children for a walk and I run around being as effective as only I can, getting everything together.
